A group of young adults who are in the middle of life, but individually struggling with the hustle and bustle of life in their own way, go to live in silence for a weekend in the hope of becoming comfortable with who they are, instead of constantly chasing who 'should be'. This weekend takes place in a Buddhist Zen center in the outskirts of Wapserveen. For three days they see, hear and do nothing but 'be' in the Zen center. What's going on inside of them?
