Overview

Hanae and Choko are sisters living in a rural town, known far and wide for their industrious nature; Hanae runs a local *snack* bar, while Choko works as a barber. One day, Teruhiko—Hanae’s first love—appears at her bar. Years ago, Hanae had moved to Tokyo after a falling-out with her father, and Teruhiko had followed her there; however, after making a fortune in the city, Hanae had returned home—missing him in the process—to open her own business. Upon reuniting after so long, the two cherish their rekindled love, yet Hanae ultimately tells him that Choko would be a better match for him than she is...
