This fictional collection, steeped in mystique and set during Vietnam's Ly Dynasty, builds on folklore about ghosts, dark magic, courtly secrets, and popular fears. The work opens up a world where forgotten legends come to life, reflecting the greed, ambition, and obsessions within every human being.
