Overview
Poverty settlements consisting of caravans and containers also exist in Germany. People who no longer have a chance on the normal housing market live in trailer parks. A trailer park in Berlin-Lichtenberg was home to almost 200 people for a long time. But the district has decided to have the site cleared. Many residents now don't know what will become of them.
