Set in 1990s coastal São Paulo, "Seus bebês" is about a mother struggling to accept that her family is slipping away from her. When something inexplicable begins to emerge from the sea, the atmosphere of the house shifts in subtle, disconcerting ways. Tensions soften, distance narrows, and an uncanny harmony takes hold. Blending domestic realism with horror and sci-fi tropes, "Seus bebês" explores the desire to repair what is broken, and the unsettling consequences of getting what one wishes for too completely.
