Magomed Abdurakhmanov, known as Parang, was born in 1889 in the village of Tindi, Tsumadinsky District, Dagestan. During his life, he made a significant contribution to the development of his native land, establishing himself as a dedicated builder and public figure. Parang single-handedly built 17 bridges, laid 10 kilometers of roads for automobiles, and 36 kilometers of pedestrian paths."Ю
